Cross Construction Company was founded in 1978 by Dwight Hopkins. Mr. Hopkins is a pioneer in the Asbestos industry. In 1996 Cross Construction Services was formed to accommodate the growth of the business. CCS soon became the dominate name of the companies. CCS and CCC is a privately held company now owed by Russell Arney
